What is aura?

How do I use it?

The protocol is color-coded for simplicity. On Day 1, you take the Blue (Defense) and Pink (Clearance) tablets. On Day 2, you take the Obsidian (Restore) capsule to bind toxins. The entire process is repeated once more on Day 14 to ensure the system is fully cleared and reinforced.

Are there any side effects?

While AURA is designed for a gentle transition, some users may experience a "reset window" during the first 24–48 hours. This can include mild fatigue or a temporary change in digestion as your body clears toxins (often called a die-off reaction). This is a sign the protocol is working. We recommend staying hydrated and resting during Day 1.

Can I take aura with other supplements?

You can continue your usual vitamin routine; however, we recommend waiting at least 4 hours between taking the Obsidian (Charcoal) Capsule and any other supplements or medications. Because Activated Charcoal is a powerful binder, it can absorb other nutrients if taken at the exact same time.
